Allow senior citizens to lock in real estate taxes on their primary residence at age 65 (or similar rule). This will insulate those on fixed incomes from being priced out of their own home by rising property taxes.

Oppose all efforts to implement/restore voter ID laws in Pennsylvania until such laws are proven to be cost-effective and to not disenfranchise or deter voters.
Implement term limits for state senators and state representatives serving in Harrisburg.
For example, limit each congressperson to two consecutive terms, which would result in 8-year term limits for senators and 4-year term limits for representatives.

Oppose the "Paycheck Protection Act" (SB 1034 and HB 1507), which will have long-term, negative consequences on labor rights. Petition the PA state legislature to pass a 4th Amendment Protection Act that reaffirms Pennsylvania's commitment to the 4th Amendment and rejects unlawful government surveillance

Support the Bank on Students Loan Fairness Act proposed by Senator Warren. This legislation would set the interest rate on government student loans to the same rate as government loans to banks, currently 0.75% .
Establish a program through which the state will provide low-interest student loans for degrees in high-demand majors. Graduates repay loans based on actual salary after graduation (as salary increases, so do payments). Graduates fund the current students. (Think "Habitats for Humanity", except education-based.)

Adopt a universal health care system that divorces health care costs from employers so as to level the playing field between businesses of different sizes.
