Expand the unemployment program by providing training for modern job skills to unemployed workers. Provide incentives to businesses that provide training to the trainees. Incentives may include short-term labor contracts for workers that complete training and/or tax incentives based on the expense incurred from providing the training.
Revise PA's minimum wage laws so that the state's minimum wage will automatically increase each year based on the current cost-of-living within the state. The minimum wage will be calculated such that two working adults will be able to support a family of four WITHOUT relying on government subsistence.
Mandate that student debt collection has a statute of limitations, like any other debt, and that it be allowed to be brought to bankruptcy court.
Support better funding for public buses and other forms of transportation, and installation of new transportation facilities (light inner-city rail, etc). Better public transportation reduces economic and environmental costs and provides more opportunity to citizens, especially lower-income ones.
Advocate for an Article V constitutional convention to establish a 28th amendment to the US constitution that reverses Citizens United and declares that corporations are not people under the law.

Support a new law establishing minimum PAID vacation days, sick leave, and maternity/paternity leave in PA. The requirement would include an exemption for the smallest-sized businesses (< 15 employees).
The basis is that PA would have to wait for federal government to list an animal endangered before the state can.
