In order to promote new, small businesses in our state, establish a state-funded, business incubation program that will both fund and mentor new owners of small businesses. Currently, the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) has a loophole that allows companies to get out of the time-and-half overtime pay; it's called the "Professional Exemption" and in being vague, allows business to cheat workers by calling anyone they can a "professional" due to their work being intellectual in nature. Open political debates to all candidates who demonstrate a modicum of support.
Support converting the state's voting machines to use open source software that will provide the following advantages over proprietary and closed systems:
1) Increased cost-effectiveness
2) Total transparency of design and operation
3) Maximum scrutiny of system security
Enact a law that requires redistricting to be done by open source algorithm, not by politician, removing the possibility of bias and gerrymandering. The algorithm should build districts around population centers.

Ensure that citizens in every PA municipality have the right to place referenda on the ballot via petitions collecting voter signatures, which would be enacted if approved by voters, thus putting more power and decision making in the hands of the people.
Reverse recent funding cuts to public schools. Repeal the voucher system for private/charter schools that detract from district funding.
Establish a program by which the state will assist in the repayment of student loans in exchange for valuable community service.
