Instant Runoff Voting for Governor

I've seen some people suggest voting reform on here in general terms, but I feel that this is a good specific measure for us to support. We would elect the Governor of Pennsylvania through an instant runoff voting system instead of our current first-past-the-post system. Petition the PA state legislature to pass a 4th Amendment Protection Act that reaffirms Pennsylvania's commitment to the 4th Amendment and rejects unlawful government surveillance
