Allow senior citizens to lock in real estate taxes on their primary residence at age 65 (or similar rule). This will insulate those on fixed incomes from being priced out of their own home by rising property taxes.

Oppose the "Paycheck Protection Act" (SB 1034 and HB 1507), which will have long-term, negative consequences on labor rights. In order to promote new, small businesses in our state, establish a state-funded, business incubation program that will both fund and mentor new owners of small businesses. Applicants will submit their business plans to a review panel for admission into the program. Remove "Professional Exemption" from Labor Law

Currently, the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) has a loophole that allows companies to get out of the time-and-half overtime pay; it's called the "Professional Exemption" and in being vague, allows business to cheat workers by calling anyone they can a "professional" due to their work being intellectual in nature. Advocate for an Article V constitutional convention to establish a 28th amendment to the US constitution that reverses Citizens United and declares that corporations are not people under the law.
