Oppose PA SB 1275

The proposed bill by Dinniman and Tomlinson would allow schools in the PASSHE system to succeed and become state related schools like Penn State, Lincoln....This would cripple the PASSHE system and make education at them deteriorate and costs rise to unaffordable.
